Another spirit for planning our weekly menu. I hope it's going to be a good start to cook again after those lazy days. This week the theme in our home will be seafood. Yup!! We'll have almost everyday seafood in our meal, whether dine in or dine out ;)
Monday: My hubby is not feeling well, and he wants me to cook him Udang Saus Padang (Shrimp in and Spicy Sauce) - actually Padang is the capital city of West Sumatra province, but I translate it into hot and spicy sauce since the West Sumatran people loves to eat hot and spicy food. By the way, my parents are originally from West Sumatra ;)
Tuesday: I've been craving for Sapo Tahu, especially after I bought the claypot ;;)
Wednesday: Dine-out in Mensa (University's canteen) but we'll have Panada (Fried Bread Stuffed with Hot and Spicy Tuna) as snack.
Thursday: Tumis Kangkung (Stir Fry Water Spinach) and Tempe Goreng Kuning (Yellow Fried Tempeh) - still hoping that the Asian shop nearby will have tempeh as Thursday is the day.
Friday: Dine-out in Mensa. Friday is fish day!
Saturday: Fu Yung Hai (Chinese Omelet Stuffed with Seafood).
Sunday: Burger King *LOL*
